At RAW DENIM, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn denim with original tags attached. Please note that customized or hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your denim in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the condition of the returned denim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
